Ski & mountaineering school to run expert assessment on Schumacher equipment
The Chamonix Ecole Nationale de Ski and Alpinisme (ENSA) has been charged with running an expert assessment on Schumacher's skis and helmet by the accident investigators.
The Chamonix National School of Skiing and Mountaineering is long recognised for their skills, experience and knowledge in testing mountain equipment (ropes, carabiners, harnesses..). As such the judge on the Schumacher case has requested a full report on the skis and helmet used by Michael Schumacher at the time of the accident.
Michael Schumacher is still in a critical condition at the Grenoble hospital following his ski accident in Meribel on the 29th of December 2013.
