This is one of the simplest refuges to access, being just a few minutes walk from the Charamillon gondola at Le Tour. This refuge is for those that would like a secluded get away spot where they can explore the mountains but can still get back to civilization in a heartbeat.

This shelter is easily accessible via the Montenvers train link. Perched on a ledge along the Mer de Glace route, it has some spectacular views of the Mont Blanc Massif which can be enjoyed from their terrace.
