This chalet has been designed to be unique, offering five-star comfort and quality for smaller groups and the most discerning guests. Every detail, from the Arpin furniture to the AGA in the kitchen and the super-soft linen and mattresses, has been carefully selected with attention and care.

The living area is beautifully appointed, featuring a fully equipped kitchen separated from the lounge by a bar. The lounge is both cosy, with a lovely wood-burning stove, and modern, with a retractable TV for a fun “James Bond” effect.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one double room and one bunk room that can accommodate four people. These share a beautifully decorated bathroom. Upstairs, the elegant master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower, offering comfort and style.

Apartment la Flégère has one of the best locations in les Praz being only a walk away from ‘la Flégère ski lift’, local markets and the golf of Chamonix. Once there were cows on the ground floor and hay on the top, now there is a soul and a sense of privacy. Truly peaceful and incredibly well located as one of the highest chalets in the valley near the summit of Coupeau (4 wheel drive or chains advised and only a 10 minute drive to the ski slopes of Les Houches and 15 to Chamonix), it simply offers commanding views of the Mont Blanc range and the whole valley at any time of day.

The complete renovation has been carried out with care and love, retaining all the original features of the farmhouse, and the result is elegant and spacious.

It has four adjoining, comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor (all with the same view) accompanied by four bathrooms and a further bunk room for children.

In addition, the chalet really comes into its own on the top floor, which is entirely devoted to a wonderful open-plan living space, with separate areas for relaxing around the fire, dining in comfort, working or watching a film after the sun goes down.

There is an outside parking space.

This charming, spacious, modern, and bright chalet has a rich history. Originally a private home, it was later transformed into a bed and breakfast with a professional chef’s kitchen. Today, it is a beautiful three-bedroom chalet in an ideal location, filled with sunshine and offering stunning views, which you can fully enjoy from the outdoor jacuzzi.

In the spirit of mountain refuges, the chalet has rooms with 4 – 7 beds. Linen is not included and can be rented for a minimal cost. Alternatively you can bring your own sleeping bag and/or linen.

Guests can use the large kitchen to prepare their meals and their is also a dining room where you can enjoy your meals. Guests are welcome to bring any of their own cooking equipment with them.

This is a social/family feel chalet and the owners are happy to look after any items and/or take any messages for you whilst you are enjoying yourself on the mountain.

Chalet Ski Station is equipped with free WiFi which is accessible in all of the public areas and some bedrooms.
