Hi, I'm Tom and each week I'll be bringing you a video snow report from Chamonix.
Every Thursday I'll be in a different location bringing you up to date reports on the weather and snow condtions, as well as a look at parties and events.
The temperatures at the moment are well below freezing during the day and this has meant that the snow is very hard up on the hill, but it has set up a great base for future snow falls.
This weekend the big party is the opening of the Winter Sessions 2010. Rodney P will be headlining the festivites down at the Podium bar on Friday night.
