The Restaurant
Perhaps one of the most important 'features' of the hotel is its restaurant, which has a well-deserved favourable reputation. The food, having a modern French feel, is impeccably presented by the chef and is one of the best options in the valley for vegetarians. Of course there is also a fine selection of wines to choose from. The restaurant is open to non-residents and is both suitable for an intimate meal or a larger group booking (with reservation).
