Step Into The Void Delayed Opening This Summer
New date scheduled for the beginning of August 2015
Work continues to build two new lifts giving access to the summit of the Aiguille du Midi and the Step into the Void, which has already been delayed due to bad weather and difficulties of working at altitude.
Compagnie du Mont Blanc have today announced that the new date for re-opening this summer should be Saturday 8th August 2015.
In the mean time you can still visit the Aiguille du Midi's other platforms, it's just the very top that isn't accessible at the moment.
